We are looking to appoint a Site Manager to join our team at Westbridge Academy.

The successful candidate should have the ability to:

• Carry out work under minimal supervision
• Perform the physical tasks required by the post
• Fulfil their Health and Safety duties within the required time period to the quality standard expected.
• Ability to operate as part of a team or individually as required
• Be able to lead and motivate cleaning staff
• Perform light maintenance and repairs
• Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training and progression
• Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies
