STEP Academy Trust is an exciting, dynamic place to work that can offer great opportunities to the right candidate. We are looking to appoint two Senior Leads for Teacher Development to join the team at STEP Ahead Teaching School Hub, one for a fixed period of one year, and one permanently.
The Senior Lead for Teacher Development (ECF) will be responsible for leading on ECF provision for ECTs, Mentors and Induction Tutors in the SE1 hub area (East Sussex and Brighton & Hove) and beyond, including across STEP Academy Trust. The Senior Lead for Teacher Development will also support the Director and Deputy Directors with the provision of all areas of TSH work.
